Some of the services and facilities at Navarino Dunes operate on a seasonal basis, if a facility or activity is of particular interest to you please contact us at info.navarino@westin.com to ensure that it will be operational during your stay. Kindly note that our restaurants operate on a weekly basis and may not all be open at the same time during various seasons and periods throughout the year.

Kindly note that Cocoon and SandCastle will be closing on the 31st of October 2011, and will reopen again in the Spring of 2012. For information regarding childcare during the seasonal closure please contact us directly at +30 272 3095 000.

Room Occupancy Policy
The maximum occupancy of our rooms and suites is as follows:

  • 4 people (2 Adults and 2 Children*) in Deluxe and Infinity Rooms
  • 5 people (2 Adults and 3 Children*) in Junior and Junior Infinity Suites
  • 6 people (2 Adults and 4 Children*) in Family, Premium, Infinity and Premium Infinity Suites

* Based on 1 Child under the age of 4 years sharing parents bed.

Connecting Room Policy
Guest rooms only connect to suites. Please contact our reservations department for further information.

Late Checkout Policy
The resort checkout time is 12pm. The resort is pleased to accommodate late check-outs upon request. In the case of a late check-out before 4pm, accommodation will be based on the availability of rooms. If there are no available rooms, the resort's concierge is pleased to check baggage until guests' departure. For check-outs after 4pm, a day-use charge of 50% of the room rate will apply. For late check-out after 6pm, 100% of the room rate will apply.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed, certain restrictions apply.

Smoking Policy
All guest rooms, indoor restaurants and indoor public spaces are non-smoking.
