3 Courses Set Menu Option I

  • Traditional Greek salad with Sfela Cheese and Kalamata olives
  • Sea bass with fava and olive oil with herbs, tomatoes and roasted peppers
  • Karidopita with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream

3 Courses Set Menu Option II

  • Hearts of lettuces with parmesan flakes, cherry tomatoes, capsicum peppers and framboise dressing
  • Pork fillet roasted with vegetables bouquet and dophinoise potatoes, gravy sauce with rosemary
  • Cassis mousse with cherries compote and chocolate biscotti

3 Courses Set Menu Option III

  • Classic Caesar’s salad with crispy bacon and parmesan
  • Beef fillet with roasted baby potatoes and baby spinach sauté, and wild mushrooms sauce
  • Chocolate croqant with caramelized hazelnuts and espresso sauce

  • Light strawberry mousse with passion fruit caulis and caramelized pistachio

  • Beef Carpaccio with truffle sauce and walnuts
  • Baby spinach salad with beetroot, citrus fillets and roasted goat cheese
  • Free range organic chicken breast with roasted grilled asparagus and comfit tomatoes
  • Baked cheese cake with forest berry coulis
