Combine your favorite menu with the following choices: 

Appetizers

  • Foie gras, mango textures, mini brioche bread, mint and raspberry salad 
  • Scallops, celeriac, crispy guanciale, truffle cream, black caviar 
  • Market Availability of local fish ceviche, cucumber and fennel salad, lime, extra virgin olive oil, chives

Vegetarian option

  • Warm tart with variety of mushrooms and parmesan cheese

 

 

Salads

  • Lobster and shrimp Caesar Salad, crispy bacon, salmon caviar, Parmesan touille 
  • Shrimps and quinoa salad, black raisins, pomegranate, arugula, rash El Hanout spice blend, spearmint 
  • Spinach salad with Messinian” Siglino” pork, roasted “Manouri” cheese, orange supreme, glazed pecan nut, pomegranate dressing 

Vegetarian option

  • Mesclun salad, roasted Manouri cheese, orange supreme, glazed pecan nuts, pomegranate dressing

Main Course 

  • Beef tenderloin, black raisin sauce, cumin scented baby carrots, green asparagus, 
  • honey roasted sweet potatoes, enoki mushrooms 
  • Beef tenderloin, “Calvados” apple brandy sauce, butternut squash puree, savoy cabbage with Kavourma, caramelized apples 
  • Mediterranean Seabass, spinach, artichoke, black eye beans, “Greek Salad” salsa

Desserts

All guests are intended to have the same dishes

All meat dishes are prepared at medium temperature. Prices are in euro € and include all applicable taxes. Duration 90 to 120 minutes. Minimum: 50 guests. The setup also includes a non-floral centerpiece to decorate the table. Some menus might change depending on venues. We welcome enquiries from customers who wish to know whether dishes contain any particular ingredient. Inform us of any allergy or special dietary requirements that we should be made aware of when preparing your menu request.
